Custom Software Training
Challenge: Educate users on a new mission-critical system or feature.
Method: There never seems to be enough time to provide users with adequate training on a new tool or piece of key functionality. The window between when the tool is ready and when it needs to be used to conduct critical business is often very small. I work with the business owners to understand the organization's process and goals. I then work with the development team to understand the system functionality. Bringing these two pieces together, I am able to create and deliver custom training sessions that address key areas of the business and can quickly be updated to adapt to last minute changes. Training is designed to give the user community a timely, thorough introduction to a new or enhanced system so that they are confident on day one. I can work with a power user in train-the-trainer efforts or schedule and deliver the training myself, providing additional post-training support to ease you through the transitional period.
Result: Users confidently tackle the challenges and quickly reap the rewards of changing technologies.
